I design and improve complex enterprise systems that already have users and can’t afford disruption.
Most of my work involves modernizing existing systems; clarifying workflows and interfaces so change can happen without breaking what already works.
What I do

My approach
I don’t introduce new process or redesign systems for its own sake. I focus on improving clarity inside complex systems while working within platform limits and release schedules.
In practice, that means getting close to the problem, making tradeoffs explicit and leaving the system clearer than I found it.
