Keep the Change

The Challenge

Keep the Change is a popular service that lets customers save automatically with each purchase they make using their debit card.

The original interaction did a poor job of identifying the 3 items required for enrollment and taking action to address them:

  1. Open a checking account
  2. Request a debit card for their checking account
  3. Open a savings account

My Role

Collaborating with our visual designer, I developed a prominent yet simple interaction that clearly conveys the 3 requirements.
My wireframes covered each scenario, providing relevant links and messaging to assist with enrollment.

The Result

The interface responds immediately to customer inputs.

The Enroll Now button only becomes active when all 3 requirements are met.
